"I ordered from graeters and, I’ll be honest…"
I ordered from Graeter’s and, I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about having ice cream shipped. But wow, they really have this down to a science. The packaging was super sturdy, everything was packed in tight, and the ice cream was still frozen like it had just come out of a tiny arctic fortress. No leaks, no mess, no damaged items, just a really easy delivery from start to finish. Definitely 5 stars from me

"I don’t know what it was about this…"
I don’t know what it was about this year, but the pumpkin and peach were both so good. Like, I planned on picking a favorite and then just couldn’t because each one had its own thing going on. The pumpkin was cozy and exactly what I wanted, and the peach was bright and sweet in the best way. i’d get both again without overthinking it.

It’s really easy to check allergens and find dairy-free options for my kid. Which, is exactly how it should be when you’re trying to shop safely without overthinking every label.

"Creamy and Totally Worth It"
I really love how creamy this ice cream is. The texture is thick and rich, but it doesn’t feel too heavy, which makes it easy to enjoy. it’s become one of my favorite treats to order, and I’d definitely choose it again

"Such a Sweet Birthday Treat"
I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday, and we were so happy with it. It arrived still perfectly frozen, was packed really nicely, and tasted super fresh. Everyone kept talking about how much they loved the chocolate chips inside. It made the celebration feel extra special, and I’d definitely order again!

"Always Really Clean"
I’ve been to Graeter’s a few times now, and the place is always really clean. The tables are wiped down, the floors aren’t sticky, and it just feels like they actually take care of the store. Even when it gets busy, the staff stays on top of trash and little spills really quickly. It makes sitting down to eat ice cream there so much nicer. no complaints from me.

"Seriously good ice cream"
Graeter’s just tastes so much richer than most ice cream I’ve tried. The black raspberry chip is amazing and it doesn’t have that fake flavor some brands do. I’m pretty much always happy when I get it.

"I was really looking forward to…"
I was really looking forward to this ice cream, so it was a bit of a letdown when it showed up late and already kinda melted. It reminded me of being a kid waiting forever for a treat, only for it to not be quite as good as I’d imagined. Still tasted okay, but the experience wasn’t great

I ordered from graeters the ice cream tasted really good, so no complaints there. I guess I just assumed the portion would feel a little more worth it for the price. The pint was gone fast, which made me think, okay, maybe this is a bit small for what I paid. Shipping was fine though, and everything showed up in good shape. I’d probably order again, but only if there’s some kind of deal.

"Good ice cream, but the delivery was a little underwhelming"
Ordered from Graeter’s. Mostly fine, honestly. The ice cream itself was really good, no complaints there. Rich, tasty, exactly what I was hoping for. But the shipping took a little longer than I expected. And when the box showed up, it was kind of messy inside. Not ruined or anything. Just not as neat as I’d expect for the price. Overall, not a bad experience. I just thought it would feel a bit more premium.

"My latest order really sealed it for me"
I’ve ordered from Graeter’s a few times, after my most recent experience, I’m even more impressed. The staff has always been really nice, but this last time I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast without making it feel like a whole ordeal. It actually felt like a real person was helping me, not someone reading off a script. That kind of service sticks with me and definitely makes me want to order again.

The ice cream itself is good, and I do like that some of the classic flavors are available on graeters.com. I just expected a little more variety, especially if you’re ordering online and hoping to try something new. The selection felt kind of limited. Also, my order seemed like it had been handled carelessly, with everything looking a bit knocked around when it arrived. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been better

"I’ll give them credit, the ice cream..."
I’ll give them credit—the ice cream really does taste good. But they’re charging way too much for the amount you get, and then the shipping cost just makes it feel even worse. I enjoyed it, but I can’t really justify ordering again when they’ve priced it like this.

I was a little nervous about having it shipped, but my order showed up still frozen solid with no leaks or soft pints. Everything looked great when I opened the box, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely consider ordering again.

"Showed up cold, but she still loved it"
I think it got here later than expected, or maybe earlier and just sat for a bit, I lost track of the timing. Either way, it arrived cold, which wasn’t great, but she ended up loving it anyway, so I guess it still worked out.

"Pretty good, but I wouldn’t call every flavor a win"
I tried Graeter’s mainly because I’d heard a lot about their signature flavors. The black raspberry chocolate chip was definitely my favorite of the ones I had, the chocolate chunks are big and really good. That said, a couple of the other flavors I tried were a bit too sweet for me and didn’t feel quite as amazing as I expected for the price. I’ve only sampled a few, so maybe I just haven’t found the best ones yet, but overall it was decent ice cream and probably not something I’d go out of my way to order all the time.
